These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the SecurPix website, account system, workspace, plans, and related services. By using SecurPix, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

SecurPix is built to provide a modern, privacy-conscious image experience with local processing, secure payments, and plan-based licensing. These terms are intended to be clear, practical, and fair to both users and the platform.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating or maintaining your account. You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

SecurPix may suspend or disable accounts used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized automation, or conduct that creates risk for the platform or other users.

You may use SecurPix only for lawful purposes and only with images, links, and content you own or have the right to use. You remain fully responsible for the materials you process, publish, or distribute through the service.

You may not use SecurPix to violate intellectual property rights, distribute harmful or deceptive content, bypass license controls, interfere with platform security, or misuse our infrastructure.

SecurPix offers lifetime licenses unless a specific offer states otherwise. Available plans may include device-based limits, business usage rights, and controlled device reassignment policies.

Your license may be linked to one or more devices based on the plan you purchase. Device changes may be limited, and upgrade paths may apply when a plan’s device capacity has been reached.

Payments are processed through PayPal and may also be processed in the future through other approved providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction for the selected plan.

You are responsible for ensuring that your billing and contact information is accurate at the time of purchase.

SecurPix is designed to process images locally on the user’s device during normal operation. This means original images are generally not uploaded to SecurPix servers for standard usage.

You remain responsible for keeping your own source files and exported assets safe and backed up where needed.

We may update, improve, suspend, or modify parts of the service to maintain quality, security, and product performance. We aim to make these changes responsibly and with minimal disruption.

While we work to keep SecurPix available and reliable, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed at all times.

SecurPix, including its software, branding, interface design, and service architecture, remains the property of SecurPix and its licensors. These terms do not grant ownership of the platform itself.

You retain ownership of your own content and materials, subject to your responsibility to use them lawfully.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecurPix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific workflow.

SecurPix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use of the service, except where such limitation is not allowed by applicable law.
