How SecurPix handles your information
SecurPix is designed around five core principles: privacy first, local processing, secure payments, minimal data collection, and transparency. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you use the SecurPix website, account system, workspace, and related services.
We write this policy in clear language because we believe trust should be earned through straightforward communication, not hidden behind complex legal wording.
Our approach to privacy
SecurPix helps individuals, teams, and businesses add smart QR functionality to images while keeping the image workflow local whenever possible. We only collect information that is needed to operate the service, support customer accounts, process purchases, protect the platform, and improve product quality.
By using SecurPix, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the service.
The limited information we may receive
Depending on how you use SecurPix, we may collect account information such as your name, email address, login activity, selected plan, payment status, and licensed device records.
We may also collect technical and operational information such as device identifiers used for license management, browser and session information, IP-derived location data, referral sources, and product usage signals such as export activity or processed image counts.
If you contact support, we may retain the information you provide so we can respond to your request and maintain service quality.
Why we process personal and operational data
We use information to create and secure your account, authenticate logins, manage your plan, apply license rules, process transactions, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain the reliability of the platform.
We also use limited analytics and service data to understand product performance, troubleshoot issues, measure demand, and improve the SecurPix experience over time.
We do not sell your personal information. Our goal is to use the minimum amount of data required to deliver a dependable SaaS experience.
Your images stay under your control
SecurPix is built around local image processing. In the normal course of using the app, images are processed directly on your device through your browser. This means your original image files do not need to be uploaded to SecurPix servers for standard composition, preview, or export workflows.
As part of our privacy-first design, SecurPix does not store original user images on its servers during normal platform operation. We may retain limited metadata related to exports or usage activity, but not the original image content itself unless a future feature explicitly requires storage and clearly tells you in advance.
This local-first approach helps reduce risk, supports faster workflows, and reinforces our commitment to minimal data collection.
Secure checkout and subscription records
Payments are processed through PayPal and may also be processed in the future by other approved payment providers that meet our security and compliance standards.
SecurPix may store limited transaction details such as payment status, order identifiers, selected plan, amount, currency, and payment date so we can confirm purchases, manage lifetime access, provide support, and maintain accurate billing records.
We do not store full payment card details on SecurPix servers.
Measurement, security, and product insights
SecurPix uses cookies and similar technologies for core product functions such as session management, login continuity, device recognition, and basic site performance.
Where enabled, we may use Google Analytics to better understand traffic patterns, feature usage, and website performance. We may also use Meta Pixel to measure campaign effectiveness and understand marketing attribution.
These tools help us improve the service, but we aim to use them responsibly and transparently. You can control certain cookie settings through your browser preferences.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account data, payment-related records, and service information against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or loss.
No system can guarantee absolute security, but SecurPix is designed to reduce exposure through local processing, restricted data collection, secure authentication practices, and careful service architecture.
Trusted services that support the platform
SecurPix may rely on third-party providers for payments, analytics, authentication, infrastructure support, and related platform functions. These providers may process limited information as necessary to deliver their services.
When you interact with third-party tools such as PayPal, Google services, or Meta technologies, your information may also be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy practices.
Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you. You may also request correction of inaccurate information or deletion of information when legally permitted.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the email address below and include enough information for us to verify your request and respond efficiently.
